The scientific power of meditation

The meditation is something that in this time of quarantine us helpful to much for keep calm, I liked video because it's have an grounded argument in the scienst and also because the few times that I have meditated I have felt like the video said in there, more calm and relax, and less anxious and stressed.

Like I said, I have meditate few times but before in the school a one teacher of biology make us meditate 10 minutes before the class for so we would be calm when we started. But I would like incorporate in my daily routine for have the mind concentred.

In these days I feel good, sometimes but some time ago I felt tired of this situation. Also sometimes I angustiated because I have works to make and this works take a long time, but I organize and I try not to stress.

The truth is that when we had classes, I was exciting because I like english and learn more of this make me feel happy.
